Combat Injuries & Illness
If you are a veteran or have a family member who is a veteran, contact Polly Murphy PC to see how you can get your claims approved. The VA makes it difficult to file a claim, especially for veterans who are recently transitioning out of service. Polly and her team have over 30 years of experience in fighting for your benefits, so you don’t have to bear the burden of troublesome paperwork and administrative work.

Let Us Help With the VA Claims Process
Through our years of work, we have learned how to break through the confusing bureaucracy and policies of the VA. If your case is not being accurately represented, it’s likely that the VA will deny your claim. Our job is to make sure the VA is given the full scope of your case, so they can truly understand the extent of your combat injury or illness.

Veterans Disability Benefits
In the wake of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, VA benefits are more and more difficult to receive. Partially due to the overwhelming amount of claims, many veterans experience delayed or inadequate medical (including mental health) care, prolonged benefits processing, and other issues. Because of the sheer volume of claims, many have been mistakenly denied.
In 2007, Congress passed a bill to fund more veterans’ benefits. Its purpose was to increase medical treatment options, hire more caseworkers, make VA processes more efficient, help homeless veterans, and more. Additionally, in June of 2019, the Blue Water Navy Vietnam Veterans Act was signed into law. This law allows Navy veterans who served offshore in Vietnam to submit disability claims for Agent Orange exposure.
With the passing of these laws, more benefits are readily available for veterans. If you or a loved one are entitled to such disability benefits, Polly Murphy PC will represent you to make sure you are fairly compensated.
